针对Web保险信息用户需求的准确性、连续性特点，原有基于关键词匹配的检索方式已不能适应用户的需求，因此试图应用框架语义学理论，从语义层次上对保险信息相关的词语及概念之间的关系进行分析，并从已建立好的保险理赔语料库中抽出一篇文本进行研究，描述其所需的部分框架及其关系，并提取文本框架相关语义信息，对文本进行语义标注。

Corresponded to the veracity and continuity of the users’ needs for Webbased insurance information, the old means of information searching, based on the keywords matching, can not cater to them. So this paper tries to analyze the semantic relationships between relative words and the pertinent conceptions of insurance information, based on the theory of frame semantics. We analyze one text from a corpus of insurance claims founded before and describe some necessary frames and their relationships, thus extract the semantic information.
