举例分析现有软件系统对知识管理系统、竞争情报系统功能实现的现状及有待完善之处，并在此基础上提出一个知识管理人员和竞争情报人员共用的信息技术平台模型。

This paper illustrates the status quo and somewhere needing perfecting of existing software systems which have fulfilled functions of knowledge management systems and competitive intelligence systems, and thus presents a uniform IT platform model which may be used by workers on knowledge management and competitive intelligence.
